Garden of Wisdom's Arnica Blossom Hydrosol is a type of aromatic water that is produced through the steam distillation of fresh Arnica Blossoms. Arnica is a herbaceous plant that is native to Europe and has been traditionally used for its anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties.
Arnica Blossom Hydrosol is believed to have similar properties as its essential oil counterpart but is milder and can be used directly on the skin without dilution. It can be used as a facial toner, a refreshing mist, or a natural remedy for muscle pain, bruises, and inflammation.

Method of Application
Use as a refreshing spritz as desired and during the hydration stages of your routine. It may also be used on the neck and body. This hydrosol may be used as a substitute for water in formulations. It can be used with creams, lotions, and dry or wet clay recipes.

Note: We do preserve our hydrosols with a touch of Optiphen.
