The serum’s light, watery texture doesn’t weigh lashes down or leave brows hard or crusty. Each day, lashes and brows appear longer and thicker, revealing their beauty. Ophthalmologically tested.
Advice for use: Apply evenly to brows and lashes in the morning and/or evening for best results. Do not rinse.
